‘Ballot Harvesting’ allows political operatives to drop off other people’s ballots.A new state law allows third parties to pick up ballots and drop them off at polling locations on behalf of that person, a practice known as “ballot harvesting.”
I was a bit shocked at this, but perhaps I shouldn't be. They have rigged the election rules to encourage and support voter fraud. And I don't want to hear Republicans say they are upset. Actions are all that I want to see.

And actual civilized countries would recoil in horror at the thought of such a blatantly corrupt voting practice.
Seriously, ask an Australian what he'd think of this practice. Or a Brit. Or a Singaporean. Or a Japanese. Or a Swiss.

In the state level news here (e.g. the LA Times), CA Republicans are stating they knew all about this and were doing the same thing, but the dems were better at it than them.
I don't buy it. The main reason being what I always say regarding similar stuff: Every damn time votes are "found" after an election, anywhere in the country, they are 99% Democrat votes. What Paul Ryan said is what actually makes sense: If walk-in and absentee ballots from before and on election day are trending one way, statistically, random "found" ballots that show up later would somewhat follow that trend plus or minus some percentage, not turn an election upside down.
All I can say is that it appears I'm getting out of here just in the nick of time. With this latest change to elected demographics, the state will basically become a dem dictatorship. It is at this time basically impossible for Rs to do anything against an esentially super-super majority.

The ballot harvesting in NC turned out to be pretty bad I guess.
The North Carolina Board of Elections on Thursday ordered a new election in the state's 9th Congressional District, capping months of fraud allegations and triggering the first re-do balloting for a House race since the mid-1970s.
The state board voted 5-0 for a new election after evidence mounted that Republican nominee Mark Harris' apparent 905-vote election night win over Democratic rival Dan McCready was due to ballot tampering. Harris himself earlier Thursday called for a new election.
