House Democrats held a gun control hearing Wednesday and refused to allow Steve Scalise to testify.

Oh come on,  it just isn't reasonable to expect those dastardly demorats to allow testimony from someone who will throw a monkey wrench into their gun ban  agenda!!!!!!!!! [tinfoil] [popcorn]

Mostly true, but given Scalise's circumstances, not a good look for them.

He should have persisted. Democrats really admire that sort of thing.
