Someone will buy it, sink another $600k into it and sell it for $2m.

Yup. All they need to do is paint it the right colors and advertise it as some urban renewal hipster cottage, and a Google employee will no doubt buy it as soon as it's listed.  :laugh:

Holy cow! My bedroom is larger in square footage than the size of the entire lot that house sits on!

I also paid less than half the price they are asking and got a 5 acre lot my house sits on.
