The vibe I got listening to it was lefty and smug. NPR level smug. So, they just know.

I got to go through it... Twice!
Once at my regular job, and once for the college where I teach evenings. The one for my regular day job was much more lengthy and involved.
I've always held the opinion that race doesn't matter to me. We're all humans. I'll work with anyone, and have made friends with all kinds of folks.
I have now learned that this is wrong. That by choosing to not acknowledge race, I am diminishing other races as I do not see them for who they are, apparently. So, I guess I should try to recognize the racial differences between people in an effort to not be racist?
