Alright, this is simply argumentative and I sincerely doubt that it's posted for constructive debate.

I'll leave it open for now, but the creaking you hear is the door getting ready to slam shut.

Keep that in mind.

Wasn't he the guy that accused the Queen of being a coke dealer?
He had some cute girls working for him in SF  few years ago, if they had jumped in the sack with me
I would have been a larouchie, I guess they didn't really want me in their little club. grin

Well let's see, LaRouche's platform consists of unsubstantiated conspiracy theories, he has accused the Queen of England of trying to silence or assassinate him with no evidence, and he can't decide if he's a socialist or a totalitarian fascist.  His ties with the Nazis and Nazi ideology alone is sufficient reason to shun him.

Oh, I just like to have fun.  Also, I like to start a thread that makes people explain why they won't vote for my candidate, as if he were the obvious choice.  Where have we seen that before?

You say those things like they're bad things.
I dont see a lot of difference between him and Ron Paul.

Gimme a break. Now you're just trolling for an argument.

Well, here we go.  I think there's quite a bit of difference between Larouche and Paul.  Paul is only nutty about a few things.

Hmm, differences.
One is a radical with a bunch of nutjob supporters who espouse nonsenical ideas.  The other is an 85 year old man.

Rabbi, back off.

Go have a cup of coffee, play some video games, pet a dog, I don't care.

Consider that a formal notification.

Get off it, Mike.  If someone here was a strong Hillary/Dem supporter they would be appalled by the stuff posted here.  That includes 280+'s avatar.  Just because the Libertarians have a strong presence on the board is no reason to stifle similar satirical comments.

OK, Rabbi, formally put, I am NOT going to have another thread devolve into a back and forth pissing match between you and the Ron Paul supporters.

280s avatar is passive, your comments are not, and are designed only to goad.

As I sad, back off, or I will back you off.

They aren't called RonZombies for nothing.  I have no desire to get into another thread where my views are misrepresented and the arguments get ever more absurd and opaque. If I wanted that I'd start a thread on legalizing drugs.

And I think it's time to lay off the Poweraid.

And to keep it back on track, I didnt realize LaRouche was actually running.  I remember him from the 1970s when he was an anti-gov't anti-semite.  His minions would hang around airports etc and try to get contributions.

Sorry, I usually don't step into threads with my admin hat on, but I see this thread as having the potential of going nowhere but downhill.

OK, it's pretty obvious where this thread is going.

Folks, I know, judging from my inbox, that I'm not the only one who is already sick of the direction this forum is going.

The goals and aims of this forum are clearly laid out in the sticky topic.

If you don't want to, can't, or won't, post within those parameters, you're not an asset to either The Politics Place or APS.

It's as simple as that.
