Actually, it is we who live in a much different America.

Of course not.

The Founders and Framers had no agenda at all!

They just sort of threw it all together without knowing what they were doing.  cheesy

It depends what you mean by change. They certainly did have an agenda; to ensure that some of the more undesirable, oppressive and destructive aspects of typical european government, among others, were not permitted to oppress us here.
