Failing a nomination, I predict she's already groomed for a key U.N. position. How about Secretary General Clinton?

Doesn't UN bylaws prevent certain nations from having one of their citizens from being secretary general?

Not sure whether this is the case. As pointed out by seeker_two; since when has the law stopped any of these people. It might simply be modified out of their path.
