Can we at least make fun of fistful for his looks?  Can we at least have that much?  grin

Seek out wisdom in books, rare manuscripts, and cryptic poems if you will, but seek it also in simple stones and fragile herbs and in the cries of wild birds. Listen to the song of the wind and the roar of water if you would discover magic, for it is here that the old secrets are still preserved.

Just so everyone is very very clear on the concept...

This is the POLITICS PLACE.

It is NOT the Middle School Locker Room.

It is NOT the Masturbatory Fantasies Club for Repressed Men Who Spend too much Time on the Internet.

Bill Clinton's sexual proclivities WERE political in nature for obvious reasons.

Hillary's are NOT.

Obama's are NOT.

Chelsea Clinton's are NOT.

If you feel the need to drop back to the level of a pimply faced teenager, do so somewhere else -- NOT in this forum.

Understood?

"She's a public figure. She's injected herself on to the political scene. She has made herself available to be ridiculed, made fun of etc. AND - she's no longer a kid. She's all growed up - a bona fide woman and all that.

I have to wonder - what if she were the Clinton's son or better yet what if Monica L was shilling for Hillary. Would the same smack down be applied to us if we made fun then?"

And, I have to wonder....

What part of Armed POLITE Society covers making fun of an individual's physical attributes in a POLITICAL forum?

What part of such comments would be ON TOPIC for a POLITICAL forum?

Personally, I do not understand how a bunch of people demanding a bigger govt can call themselves anarchist.

It's really, really funny, in a "freshman in high school" kinda way" that we all miss since the world went and got all politically correct on us?

I'd like to ask Chelsea if she ever gets tired of her armed guards.

There's a time and place for that, Bogie.

It is NOT here.

Is that so terribly difficult to understand?

Weak.  Especially when we're talking the Klintons.  While there is a sopmoric joy in making fun of someone's looks, I think Hillary's political positions make it that anybody with 2 brain cells that might rub against each other in the dark can think of much better things to bag on them for.  Like, for instance, how in the Hell does Chelsea know what its like to be just a common college student, or a middle class American?  She spent 8 years of her life in the White House.  Before that in the Guberners mansion.
That, and what makes her and her disgusting, royalty-wanna-be family think that there is something in the constitution that its "Free Health Care for all", and that the "rich" have to pay for it all?
That, and if I was going to lob insults at her, I'd call her a Commie, a Pinko, a Socialist, a Liberal.  I'd remind her that Robin Hood was a common disgusting criminal who should have been lynched.
I'd remind her that the poor, working class slobs can't rely on the police every waking second of every day, and that to remove their means of self defense is unconstitutional and immoral.
Oh, yeah, but instead, maybe I should just stoop to insulting her looks, her dad's sexual activity, or Fistful.

Good point.  The policy stands regardless of the person in question.

What college? She came to UTD last week. They had the whole upper level of the SU building blocked off, so by the time we walked 1/2 mile to get lunch we were turned away by the nice security people. So the way I figure it, Chelsea Clinton owes me chicken wings.

Sorry I overlooked this one. I would have asked her what that neat little - well big - pin is Hillary wears sometimes.

The one that appears to be a phoenix rising up with spread wings clutching a globe (Or is that the globe). The same one I have seen some mid east or indo-pakistani woman wearing standing next to Laura Bush in a TIME magazine article photo, the same one I have seen Madelaine Albright in a photo some years ago.

I had the photo of Madelaine wearing it on our last hard drive - regret not backing it up. The picture of the eastern lady next to Laura Bush I saved hardcopy - by buying the rag. I think I still have it somewhere

Ah; googled some key words and up they come. Betty Currie wore it when testifying concerning the Lewinsky affair. And McCain's wife, Cindy has worn one among others.

Odd it has been around for so long, yet only now - that attention is focussed on it - it has been handily dubbed "the Hillary pin", and is "officially" known as "the Liberty eagle". In closer photos it did not look like an eagle to me. In the googled articles no close up photos appear. The INSIGHT link "can not be found".

http://www.freerepublic.com/forum/a389b7512448f.htm

Aha; this (link below) is probably what is being referred to as the "Liberty Eagle" - the "I support the president" pin. And it does pretty much look like the one you see throughout U.S. emblem, seal items etc. And it is clearly NOT the same thing that I am speaking of, or appears in other photos. Wonder why the articles/writers all seem to be fogging the two pins as being the same thing.

http://www.qctimes.com/articles/2007/09/14/news/local/doc46ea16cdc36aa940727780.img

Sorry I couldn't post the photo, but for some reason I have never been able to get photos to upload onto the APS site.

Now, this is the one I speak of; worn by Albright, Clinton, and the eastern lady with Laura Bush. Compare this with the "Liberty Eagle"; there is no mistaking that they are two completely different items.
