Heheh, we talked about this one on THR some time ago.  It's a guy and a girl, and yes, he's wearing her clothes.  They're on their way to a Purim celebration.  That's the holiday where those of us of the Jewish persuasion dress up like idiots, eat too much, and drink ourselves stupid.  It's a great time.  Read the book of Esther if you're interested in its origin.
