A local company, Wheat Montana, sells 50# bags of wheat berries for ~$20. Screw using bulgar for taboulleh, I prefer whole wheat berries.
That, and they're delicious when cooked and then added to some cheese and garlic powder, then mixed into carrots/celery/onions that have been sweated out over low heat.
I'm going to be eating just fine this winter.
