it is on yahoo's home page in the lower right column.   still 59% against, which seems odd in that it hasn't moved at all in the last 12 hours.

Maybe Yahoo didn't like the way the poll was going and shut it down?

When I hit it last night (I think the poll is a one day thing, rolls through to a new one every day) it was still 59 against, 33 agreeing with Obama's policies/suggestions, and 8 percent saying it didn't go far enough.

I tried voting on it yesterday; clicked the Vote button and nuthin' happened, same with View Results.
