Supreme Court to hear Obama Recess Appointment case.

Oral Arguments to heard this fall, ruling expected ???   The interesting thing is that two courts held the appointments as unconstitutional, yet used two different readings to come to same conclusion.  I think he's going to get slapped by the Supremes.

One can hope.  Judging by the decisions they've handed down in the recent past I wouldn't bet on it.
