Seems they were delving deep into "some" candidates and their tax records.   While the article doesn't mention whom the one target was/were, I'd bet money that his name begins with a R and ends with a o-m-n-e-y.  Would you agree Mr Reid?

And Holder condoned the actions:

“In the fourth case, we presented evidence of a willful unauthorized access to the Department of Justice, but the case was declined for prosecution,” Mr. George wrote.

If you are gonna ding the guy for his mistake, at least reproduce it accurately.   =D
On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], "Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?" I am not able to rightly apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.
