Work car is required to have E-85 (I work for a state governmental agency now) so $1.59 a gallon for it at the pump in Nevada, IA.

Nevada or Iowa, which one is it? Make up your mind! :P  =D

Yes.  You do realize.your sarcasm meter needs adjusting, right?

Given some of the previous comments about how the Obamanator was going to turn the big, secret valve under his desk, the one that controls the supply of oil and gasoline, as we get closer and closer to elections, I'd have to say that assuming anything to be sarcasm in this thread is a... well... bad move.

So much for that. Local station is back to 2.09. Stations in Arlington are at 1.99.

Nicely played.

Actually I didn't go the recreation route, I got hired in a regulatory capacity.

I'm definitely more effective/productive that that character. Annoying? Depends what side of the situation you are on that I am tasked with. On my team, no. If you are the problem and don't respond in a timely manor, I'm the burr under your saddle.

Up to $2.09 from $1.93 overnight at many of the stations in the area.  Oddly, the local Exxon is still at $1.97, but I doubt that will last.
At least the low this time was four cents lower than the last dip in prices.  I wonder how far the increases will go this time?

Price war between the brand new Murphy and the Allsups next to it.  Murphy is still at $1.579 after a couple days of $1.439.

Damn... Nice!

Gasoline and crude have started dropping again over the last week or so, and I'm already seeing prices in NoVa starting to slip.

Heard it is as low as $1.73 at a couple places around Tulsa.

A friend of mine posted a pic of a QT at Admiral and Memorial showing $1.679.

Just saw that this morning.  I live just about a mile or so from that station.  They are in a price war with a Murphy (Wal-Mart) right across the street.  QT will win.

AAA is now predicting that the US will hit sub $2 a gallon gasoline prices.

Clean bathrooms, bigass drinks and relatively good food always win for me, even if they are a couple cents more than someone else nearby.  They're rarely more than a nickel higher, and my car only holds 12 gallons.

QT is always clean and as you say cheap drinks and with their new kitchen concept the food is getting better.

I paid $2.10 here in Wheaton the other day.  Today a friend of mine posts a picture of the pump price of $1.99.....in Cook County !!!!
