Venezuela - Let Them Eat Cake

In this case, the socialist bigwigs get the cake while Venezuelan citizens riot and fight for the last egg in the grocery store.

As a side note, there was another story where apparently Venezuelan leadership has a watch fetish. Some guy has been tracking the watches they wear which all cost in the thousands to tens of thousands of US dollars. Socialism is great (for some).

Plus they are drafting people for involuntary servitude in the agricultural sector for ~120days.

Who would have known that socialism would lead to mass poverty and slavery?

Duh obviously they didn't have enough safety nets to prevent the collapse. It wasn't socialism taken far enough

I'd happily import 10,000 Venezuelans to export one Sean Penn. I don't think even roo_ster would complain about that immigration deal.  :laugh:
