Anyone watching Taboo on FX?
« on: January 12, 2017, 10:07:53 AM »
I'm recording it, but I've not started it. Finishing up a few other series I've recorded, but just wondering what the group think is.

Well, if you do watch it and it's good, let me know and I'll check it out online.  I'm just not watching as much television anymore...

Plotting ways to brag to her about my wealth while reminding her that she's a grandmother at 41...and denying her the pleasure of gold plated nipple rings.

Why gold, is she too good for plain stainless?   =)

Well, from what you've said all you have to do is jingle a couple of quarters in your pocket to make that point...

I've watched every episode so far.  It's interesting, but not quite what I expected.

I will not be watching the program, due to the social and religious mores which forbid it.

I finally got around to watching the first two episodes last night, and holy crap is it different!

Very dark, but VERY intriguing!

Tom Hardy is scary as hell, and Johathan Pryce is just masterful as the smarmy bastard...

Seen a few its interesting so far.
I needed a mod to change my signature because the concept of "family friendly" eludes me.
Just noticed that a mod changed my signature. How long ago was that?

I watched episodes 3 and 4 last night. It was all I could do to watch episode 5, which would have put me WELL past my bed time.

OK, finished catching up.

Wow. Just freaking wow. What a neat show.

Creepy as hell, but just neater than neat.

Can't wait until the next episode.

I also thought I heard that season 2 has been approved, but I can't find any information on that.
