That's just hilarious. It must take some pretty specific conditions to create the swastika.

(Incidentally, I think it looks far more like the "SS" symbol.)

I was wondering if maybe the guy who designed the sole pattern was thinking of the left-handed "good luck" Swastika of many cultures and forgot that when it printed it would turn into the right-handed Nazi symbol.

The way I understood it for years, American Indian tribes regarded the left-turning one as good luck.  I'm sure I've seen blankets and the like with the left one woven in.
