How can you logically maintain that restrictions on short barreled rifles, silencers, testicles, free trade between individuals, ammunition specifications, outright bans on ownership of anything resembling a firearm, background checks, et cetera, are not "infringements"?.

We often talk about how a DA would conduct a trial against a gun owner depending on the features of the gun used...EBR, high cap magazine, etc.  What, pray tell, do you think a DA would do if you had a set of these hanging off your firearm used in a shooting?  And, probably far more important, what would a jury think?  (Though I gotta say that the off-records jokes would likely be awesome.)

If they rebranded them as Trumpticles, they would sell a lot more to shooters who are liberal or, even better, part of the Republican establishment.  It would bring new meaning to "squeeze off a shot."

I agree it's more of a waste. At least with the CCW badge, you know they're a misguided naif. With these things, the potential for irony is too high. You don't know if the guy is clowning, or just a clown.
