Cop in the hot water for mis-gendering scofflaw
« on: July 21, 2017, 03:54:38 PM »
What is the name of baby Xenu is going on in this mad, mad, mad world.

People calling for a written reprimand for a cop who mis-gendered a drag racing queen as a male on his ticket. Because, you know he identifies as a female and even the state agrees with him. I can see where the confusion could come in, after all his ability to pass as a female ranks right up there with your basic non-passable TV that routinely advertises on craigslist and other less savory websites.

He is a boy, will always be a boy, and nothing can change that pesky chromosome pair, no matter what you identify as.

I am linking this one because it has his pic. There are other articles out there though.

I am willing to bet the entire department will have to take LBQTXYZ sensitivity training before this one is put to bed. :(

Cop would have gotten in less trouble if he'd just shot him...her...it...?
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

RKL beat me to it.

At least both the cop and the racer got home safely.

How can he/she/it get torqued at the LEO?
If he/she/it is confused about it's own gender, why can't the cop?
What we have here is failure to communicate.

I'm going to have to side with the man  woman  scofflaw on this one.  All the cop had to do was copy the info off the D.L.  That keeps the ticket valid so it won't get thrown out of court on a fact  technicality.

More evidence that I was correct about teh gey marriage being just the bellwether of codified crazy, based on non sequitur and/or falsehood.

Not to worry, though. It definitely won't affect you! Nope!

This took place in Ft Lauderdale, so it's not like it happened in the real world.

Judging from the way it looks, the officer probably never even noted the gender on the driver's license.  Perhaps they should add a 3rd box to the license...the nuckingfuts box.

Non-binding and advisory only, but idiotic anyway.

I hope the officer's union backs him in appealing that so-called finding. Let's face it, based on that photo if it robbed a bank and witnesses gave a description of the robber to the police, I doubt anyone would describe the robber as a woman.

Case closed.
