According to the findings of a recent study from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Oxford, the effects of gun violence are felt most within specific neighborhoods, rather than a spreading phenomenon.

In other words: Gun violence is not contagious, according to the study.

Wait, though. I thought the NRA had outlawed any studies on this subject.

Still, the NRA refuses to let the Centers for Disease Control study this non-bacterial, non-viral, non-fungal phenomenon. It's almost as if they think murder and assault are somehow not diseases spread by inanimate objects.
