Judges from the lower court need to be removed. We have huge problems with federalism and separation of powers and it is not made better by one branch denying another exercise of its clearly delineated and previously litigated powers. All fed from this same free flowing spring of stupidity flavored zeitgeist that imagines mayor's and backwater judges overruling valid federal law.

Another 9th Circuit judge issues a "permanent" injunction against Trump's Travel Ban.

If the 9th Circus doesn't slap this down the Supremes will.  Immigration is clearly the bailiwick of Congress, which passed a law allowing for the Travel Bans to be imposed by the President, at his discretion.

Yes, there are some judges that what to make law from the bench...they need to be removed.

The SCOTUS just ruled ... 7 - 2 ... to allow the FULL ban to remain in effect while the lower courts do their thing. The only two dissenting justices were Bader-Ginsberg and Sotomayor.

I am not sure why Sotomayor dissented but I would bet Ginsberg did just because she hates Trump. ;)
