Yeah, but the USA is the EXCLUSIVE domain of the EEEEEEVIL white people, so therefore anything we do is the epitome of True Evil, but anything Properly Colored People do is perfectly okay/white people's fault.

OK, so now I'm confozzled:

Refers to Snopes, which I automatically distrust if the subject in question has any left-right connotations.

Another search hit says there are cattle fences.  (Which doesn't preclude immigration fences / walls.)

You can use Google maps or Google Earth.  Just zoom into Mexico's southern border at any point, turn off the labels and look.
