That means it's ham and bean soup time!

I baked a city ham last week. Bone (with lots of meat attached) is in the freezer.

I loves me some ham and bean with a nice crusty bread.

I'm going to try and catch some trout through the ice today. Poached trout sounds pretty good tonight.
