Washington DC - 42% Graduation Rate

Only 42% of students graduate High School in DC - the nation's capitol. This has to be the lowest rate in the country, no?

If only the schools had more funding!

Only $25,038 per pupil per year!  Why, that is lower than exactly no state in the entire country!
