So, Seattle told Wells Fargo to FOADIAF during the DAPL kerfuffle.  Then no other bank (that had no DAPL involvement themselves) was willing to take the city on as a client.  So Seattle had to go crawling back to Wells Fargo.  Only bummer for me was that Wells Fargo didn't also decline the business.
