Rudy Giuliani is quickly becoming a major liability for Trump.

I can't even imagine what was going through his head when he made that comment about the midget rocket kid getting on his hands and knees to preserve the summit. That's NOT going to make things any easier at the bargaining table. Is Giuliani senile? Maybe we should fix him up with Nancy Pelosi.
