Shows emotional reaction, outlines his quals:  CCW, training in defensive shooting (legal and practical), fireman, etc.

I could not get the Seattle Times report either.  It locked up in about ten seconds and showed the circular loading thingie for an excessive time, so I figured it was raiding my cookie jar or something.
