Stupid Stuff Ben Does

Powerwashing the house this morning. Powerwasher won't start. Cranked the cord like 100 times, choke on, choke off, nothing. Fuel tank is full. What's the matter with this *%^$&% thing? Remove spark plug and check it. Nice and clean, but dry. Why is this not getting gas?!? Oh. Fuel cock is in the off position. Turn fuel cock on, pull cord twice, starts up.  :facepalm:  :laugh:

It wouldn't have been so bad if the fuel cock was off by itself, but it is right next to both the choke and the "on" switch.  :laugh:

I helped a guy start a man lift the other day.  I know nothing about them, but I asked the dumb question about the stop button being pulled out and that was it.  Sometimes you just need a second set of eyes.

Not worse, but close.

Left motorcycle gas valve on reserve after a fill up.

When I ran out that time I was really out.

Not in the middle of Nowhere CO, but within a half mile of it.
