He never picked cotton RIP Roy Clark.
« on: November 15, 2018, 12:47:53 PM »
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

The man was a true virtuoso on pretty much anything with strings. RIP.

You mentioned his virtuosity & it jogged a memory of him playing classical guitar.

Roy was amazing, R.I.P
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

I saw him live in Vegas years ago with a 13pc orchestra and 3 female vocalists. He was an incredible guitar player.
What we have here is failure to communicate.
