And just as an aside, Iraq was supposed to have ZERO chemical weapons as part of the 1991 Desert Storm ceasefire agreement.

True.  What was the benefit to the world and America of going to war in 2003 over that?
"Human existence being an hallucination containing in itself the secondary hallucinations of day and night (the latter an insanitary condition of the atmosphere due to accretions of black air) it ill becomes any man of sense to be concerned at the illusory approach of the supreme hallucination known as death."

The answer is different depending on whether your a globalist or Nationalist.

Globalists will spin you and tell you if it is good for our allies it’s good for us. Hello Team America America World Police.

Nationalists will acknowledge our Middle East policy has been a disastrous foreign policy for America. Does the region trust and like us more now? Are those in the region more or less likely to support our policy preferences?

We were manipulated, gaslighted and herded into supporting these wars/military actions through propaganda.

I’m not doubling down on the stupid.
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.
