Howard Schultz is likely running for President as an Independent. Some people aren't happy.  =D

Well, any 3rd party candidate is a spoiler for the challenger, not the incumbent.

This is probably somehow engineered by Trump supporters.

Despite being the former CEO of Starbucks, Mr. Schultz is best remembered in Seattle for selling our basketball team to Oklahoma City.

They keep talking about getting an NBA team here in Louisville but pretty much everyone other than the mayor's office is like WHY?
Every time a team looks to move it comes up again.

They're mad that he's out of touch not knowing what Cheerios cost. Firstly *I* don't know what Cheerios cost. Secondly, the irony of people complaining he's out of touch having voted for Barack "Arugula" Obama.  :laugh:

I grew up in Indy and remember as a wee lad going to a few Pacer games when they were in the ABA.  I also remember going to a few hockey games (the teams and leagues changed every couple years), but I did get to see Gretzky at the start of his career.

30 years ago, Schultz's positions would have been liberal-to-centrist democrat, almost indistinguishable from Trump's currently.

While I wouldn't vote for Schultz, what he says here makes a lot of sense, and ironically, he was immediately attacked for it.
