A coupla-few is sorta-kinda like sorta-kinda. To me a couple means two, a "few" is more than that, but not "many,' which is less than "lots."
Beyond that gets you into powers of ten, which can also be linked to a couple or a few.
As in, "a couple of hundred" or "a few thousand."
