I remember his Saturday or Sunday "rant-o-mercials" where he'd buy a half hour block of time to call the Queen of England head of an international drug cartel...
Carbon Monoxide, sucking the life out of idiots, 'tards, and fools since man tamed fire.

This supposed horrible right winger, whose minions always seemed to run as Democrats, to my great amusement.
In thy presence is fulness of joy.
At thy right hand pleasures for evermore.

LaRouche was convicted in 1988 of tax and mail fraud conspiracy after a jury found him guilty of cheating the IRS and his own supporters.

He managed to get a bunch of his supporters on the Democrat ballot after they won in the primary.  They had pretty innocuous names like Hart and Fairchild, and IIRC, had managed to get their names put at the top of Democrat ballot.

On March 19, 1986, Hart celebrated her victory of the previous day, saying "I'm going to revive the spirit of Abraham Lincoln and General Patton. We're going to roll our tanks down State Street."

Democratic National Committee chairman Paul Kirk responded by saying "Good Lord, we have a problem here."

The Illinois Democrat party became the "Solidarity Party" and both they and the LaRoucheite D's got trounced, as many D's still pulled the lever for Hart and Fairchild.

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
