I'm already reading comments about someone needing to be held responsible. I've ridden in the back of a deuce-and-a-half, as some others here have as well. You sit on a bench. Canvas top, no belts. Frankly, in a rollover crash, only one dead is lucky. But jumping to the someone needs punished, knowing nothing else...
