New Orleans is flooding (again). The surprise is that some people seem to be surprised.

Oh, get off it. It's obviously Trump's fault. Trump and all the climate change deniers.

One of my coworkers has family there and he is already getting calls about coming his way for an indefinite visit.  He said the Mississippi already real high which doesn't help.  He thinks the main culprit is they don't keep the pump systems get clogged with trash and debris and the streets can drain like they should.

Trump is using Bush Jr.'s white supremacist weather control device that allows him to create never before seen hurricanes and then steer them into minority neighborhoods. Before someone thinks I'm being silly some crackpots were actually saying this after Katrina

People shouldn't reclaim lands from the sea to build on.

And after they flood, they shouldn't be build on again.

Doesn't that somehow involve the Covenant of the Rainbow?

They should also actually maintain their drainage equipment.

Leave it to the evil GOP to build a city below sea level and fill it with Democrats . . . especially the 9th Ward.  >:D
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

How many billions or millions of federal tax money was sent to NOLA after the hurrycane?  I wonder how much of that went into flooding prevention?  Or did it mostly go in the pocketsses of the cough ahem honest politicians of the Democrat persuasion who work so hard on behalf of the pore and hungree.

IIRC, funds originally intended to reinforce the dams and levees were instead spent improving access to coastal casinos . . .

That would take money away from the social programs that feature drag queens reading to 1st graders and free condoms for 2nd graders.
