What's going on at Naval bases all of a sudden?

Pensacola shooter was a Saudi Aviation Student. It happened in Aviation Pre-Indoctrination building, the very beginning of flight training in the Navy/USMC. Now being looked at as possible terrorism.

It depends on the platform (Type of Aircraft), and as far as basic flight instruction any service can do that. We trained Iranians at Navy sites back in the early to mid 70s.

Pearl shooter was enrolled in anger management classes and was still put in a position where he had weapons, this won;t work out well for those who did that.
