As a hard of hearing person myself, I have often pondered the lack of subtitles in this vital medium.  Even if the dialog is just 'yes', 'harder' and 'oh God'.

They could put a little bubble in the corner with a hot naked lady signing the dialog and other stuff. I wonder how you sign moans?

On the flip side when talking about the deaf and sex, if you ever have sex with a deaf girl be prepared for some very strange sounds, there for a few minutes I had visions of being out on the ice clubbing baby seals, very strange noises indeed! :)
