A plan is just a list of things that doesn't happen.
Is defenestration possible through the overton window?

In PA the Supreme Court of PA went to completely partisan Dem Judges a couple years ago. They will rule for Gov Wolf no matter what in the end. Been there done that on a few issues already.

I missed earlier this was a Fed, not PA judge. However most likely the same issue. We’ve have several Fed rulings kicked back to PA courts recently. For example our PA Supreme Court a few years ago decided they could draw the electoral maps for PA themselves when there was a dispute between Republican Legislature and Dem Governor. This was despite the law being clear that the legislature manages electoral districts. It went to SCOTUS who kicked it back to the PA Supremes. One of the bad decisions by Thomas in my opinion. I understand his reasoning for saying it was a State issue, however I think he should have included some instructions that the PA Supreme Court couldn’t just draw the map themselves as that really violated PA state law and that is where SCOTUS I think can say it may be a State issue, but States have to abide by their own constitutions too.
