So we're going to limit the interstate commerce clause and enforce the 10th amendment on the feds now?  I mean, OK I can get behind that, but I suspect it isn't really what they meant.

The superior court can squawk all it wants. In order for it to have any effect, it has to make it up through the Pennsylvania supreme court and into the 3rd circuit court of appeals.
