I am pretty sure I am yes on 1 given that I think it would be impossible to do redistricting worse than it is. But I could be proven wrong.
I am ambivalent on #2 despite being a veteran, just not a totally disabled one. In general I just don’t care for making special classes of citizens. Also uneasy with a state vote to limit local revenue.
