There's a very slim chance that the House could flip
« on: November 05, 2020, 01:36:14 AM »
At the bottom of this article someone does the math and says that the Rs could end up with a one-seat lead if all goes their way.

It's very unlikely of course, but if it happens and Biden is actually confirmed as the winner he could potentially be impeached on his first day of office along with Harris.

It's merely a dream of course but damn, it would be so awesome.

The latest results I saw now show the Senate tied at 48 - 48.

Fasten your seat belts, this flight may encounter turbulence.

We are so *expletive deleted*ed. I can only imagine what horrible prewritten legislation they have ready to destroy everything. Green New Deal, Healthcare, taxes, the economy, social justice, “fairness”, gun control, free speech, $15/hr minimum wage, illegal alien amnesty, nullifying the Electoral College, and that’s just what I can think of.

They will pass this *expletive deleted*it at the first opportunity. They aren’t stupid and know that it’s time to put the *expletive deleted*ing on us like never before.

The AK race is yet to be called, last I checked, but the R has a 20point lead.  NC is also yet to be called, but short of even more epic fuckery than in PA, MI, and GA Tillis will hold that seat.  The 2 GA senate races will go to a runoff but as purple as GA has been the last couple years I bet both R’s take it.  Granted, as it would determine Senate control, the Ds will engage in massive fuckery so it will have to be watched closely.

Meanwhile you know Cocaine Mitch is going to promise Manchin damn near anything to get him to flip parties.  If that succeeds the Rs get 51 even without either GA seat.

I work with WV people and they think Manchin is gone next election so he better retire or flip. He is not a bad guy, but his brand of Dem is gone and dead.

It is 51 or 52 in the senate, I think 50 is solid before Georgia. Which is going to be damned entertaining.

For the house, the squad types are so dumb that they are emboldened. Maybe the really smart one will primary Chuck.
