I've taken good care of the tank you gave me 14 years ago, Mike.  I added a very large and effective flamethrower.  The tank is enroute back to you.  I think it will warm your heart.

Well crap, the previous HOA administration said no more parking tanks on the street. Has to be in your garage. Only, we don't have garages...
