  It sounds like they were trying to do what everyone always suggests, they lured the guy out to a drug buy and attempted to pull him over and arrest him.  Other officers were ordered to go search the house.  I guess they were not the ones doing the investigation and went to the wrong trailer.  They did treat the woman pretty roughly.  It also sounds like they did announce themselves before coming in, but they didn't wait for her to open the door.
