NorthernDog has got it right. You've heard of Blue Dog Democrats? Now we have Clinton-supporting Blue Dress (of Monica Lewinsky fame) Democrats who will vote for Hillary and the return of Bubba to power.

Definitely.  All of the Left's racial policies have the same underlying premise: that minorities (unlike whites) are inherently unable to succeed without some sort of preferential treatment.  We need to "level the playing field" as it were, because those pesky blacks can't keep up otherwise.  Or so they seem to think.

Billy Jeff was unabashed in his treatment of blacks as a lesser race that needed a hand up (and plenty of handouts) to succeed and flourish in society.

Bill Clinton has at least one minority in his cabinet.  That one guy was killed in a plane crash overseas.  I think he was HUD secretary or something.  I can't remember the name.

If that guy thinks Hilliary would be Bill No. 2, he is also not very smart.
