I'm amused by the move, and by the fact that they're calling themselves Fenix "Kulak" Ammunition on Twitter.

Were I them, I'd add a few other boxes to check. Such as, "I am not a member of the Klan, Black Lives Matter, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Democratic Party, or any other hateful, extremist group."

Yet they accept Apple Pay.  Probably paypal, too.

Officially, no, but I have seen plenty of retailers that accept Paypal.
