Title: Hy-Vee has pork butt roasts for $1.19 lb, today only

Actually it was yesterday and today.  I bought a 8.6 pounder, and almost bought two.  I'm still tempted to go back and get another one.
Now trying to figure out what I'm going to do with it  :facepalm: :rofl:

I could cut it up for stew meat (freeze 16 to 20 oz packages) and make broth with the bone and scraps to use in chili.  Or grind it all up for meatballs. (and still make broth) Or just roast it whole and let the dogs have the bone.

I think I might save it for Thanksgiving and roast it instead of a T-bird.  All I'll need to go with it is some sweet potatoes and maybe some steamed or roast broccoli.

I usually smoke them and make pulled pork out of it.
