Title: OSHA calls halt to planned vaccine mandate enforcement

OSHA announced they are suspending plans to enforce the vaccine mandate and will continue in that mode until something definitive either way is determined.

OSHA knows damn good a well this is outside their purview. They want someone else to be on the hook for it before they commit. They probably didn't have the faintest idea how the hell they were going to do it, anyway.

I would hope so. 

Was someone pushing to move forward despite federal courts ordering them to stop?  Even Trump didn't do that.

The Brandon I Did That stickers have been showing up on some pumps in the extended DC metro area. Couple of my coworkers were laughing about them yesterday.

Cases are being consolidated at the 6th US Court of Appeals...

neat.

I know one of the judges on that court.

I can see many lawsuits coming. The lawyers are the only ones that will make money.
