This looks to be really good, and really easy.

I've heard that making chicken tikka is really easy.  This recipe backs that up.

I'll have to try it.  3 out of 4 of us love it.

I occasionally buy the Sukhi chicken tikka masala at Costco, and it is surprisingly good for precooked packaging. I always have it over rice with naan.

I really like chicken tikka masala and did not know it was this fast and easy to make, so I'll definitely give homemade a try.

Homemade naan or store bought?

My homemade naan sucks.  My tortillas are OK.  Some of my breads are pretty good.

If you aren't familiar with Patak's cooking sauces and spice pastes, you should be.  One advantage of living in dotcom land in Seattle are all the software people from India.  This has led to an abundance of good Indian restaurants and grocery stores.  At any one time, I have several jars of simmer sauces, spice pastes and cans of coconut milk in the pantry.  Add some chicken or tofu, boil up some jasmine or basmati rice and I have a great dinner in minutes.

Homemade naan or store bought?

Store bought (Costco again). I've never tried making naan.
