Title: Chocolate gravy (?)

This popped up in my email this morning.  I have never heard of it but it is popular in Appalachia. I am pondering if I should make it and try it over biscuits.

I've never heard of that before.

Not sure I'd use it on biscuits, but still, sounds good.
