I mailed a form to an insurance company in Boston Ma, from Ky on the 3rd, return receipt requested. I got the disbursement check today, along with the return receipt. Yesterday I got 5 emails telling me the receipt was being sent from Louisville, 40 miles away, each with a different time stamp. The insurance company received the form on the 7th and I got the disbursement eight days later and it took the post office 12 days to cover the same distance. Really?
